**Shipping Policy**

**Shipping Methods:**


All orders are shipped using Royal Mail services. The available shipping methods include:

1. Royal Mail Signed First Class
   - Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days.

2. Royal Mail Tracked 24 [Priority]

   - Estimated delivery time: Next Business Day

3. Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1PM
   - Estimated delivery time: Next Day [Up to 1pm]

4. Royal Mail 2nd Class

   - Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days.

 

**Order Processing Time:**

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify customers of any significant delays.

**Shipping Confirmation:**

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can track the progress of your shipment on the Royal Mail website.

 

**Delivery Issues:**

If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us at info@altitudeclothingcompany.co.uk within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation. We will assist in resolving the issue with Royal Mail. Please try to include as much information as possible including the order number and contact details.

**Lost or Stolen Packages:**

In the event that your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with Royal Mail to initiate an investigation. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will either replace the items or issue a refund.

 

**Incorrect Addresses:**

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

**Returns Due to Non-Delivery:**

If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed, refused), the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Refunds

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must to return the product within 28 calendar days of your purchase.

GIFT CARDS ARE NON REFUNDABLE (see Terms & conditions for more)

If you receive faulty goods, you have a right to return these goods and to ask us to replace them or get a refund if you purchase is within the following criteria:

• Items must be returned within 28 calendar days of receipt.

• Items must be unworn and unwashed.

• Shoes must be tried on indoors.

• Items must have all tags attached.
