What is Authentication of clothing?

Authentication of clothing is our proprietary method of ensuring all items we sell are real and approved by Altitude Clothing. Each order generates a unique serial number for your item which will be provided to you in the form of a certificate of authenticity (eco-friendly). You can visit our authentication page to find out more.

This process is designed to add an element of rarity to our items as our goal is not to mass produce cheap, easily replicated clothing. Items can be considered "Limited edition" and the owner will have a proof of ownership and authenticity.

DO NOT SHARE YOUR UNIQUE SERIAL NUMBER WITH ANYONE.

Will you bring back out of stock items?

Our goal is to provide an exclusive, sustainable new clothing brand to the market. To do this, we must limit the number of products that are created to reduce waste or over saturation. Today, too many clothing retailers are focused on quantity over quality. We are looking to avoid this.

I have lost my certificate, is there anything I can do?

Accepted Answer

Yes.

If you have lost your certificate or require a new one due to damage, please reach out to us through one of our contact methods.

Please note we will require information to be able to authenticate the purchase, so proof of purchase is required or we may not be able to provide a replacement.

Can I resell a product due to your authentication process?

Accepted Answer

Yes!

Please ensure you pass on the certificate with the clothing to the new recipient. As the codes are unique, the recipient of the items can reach out and we can update the ownership in our database.

Please note this will remove your previous ownership and items under your details will be invalidated.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes.
 
Gift cards are only available online. You can purchase a gift card here.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

What is your returns policy?

Items can be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase so long as they are in the original condition and include all original tags and receipts.

If you would like to delete your account completely, please email info@altitudeclothingcompany.co.uk and request your account to be removed permanently as soon as we have processed your request.

If you want to keep your account but no longer receive emails, you can use the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of any emails received from our site.
