Returns

Returns accepted within 28 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Our team will kindly review each return to ensure it meets these standards.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. We aim to complete this within 10 days of receiving the item(s). The refund can take up to 15 days depending on the bank or credit card processing times. If you do not hear back after 15 days, please reach out to us and we will try to assist.

 

Refunds cover the cost of returned items. Original shipping is non-refundable, unless we sent the wrong product or the item is faulty.

Sale or final clearance items cannot be returned.

We use tracked shipping for all deliveries. If the courier loses a return, we are not responsible for the loss, but we will assist in filing a claim with Royal Mail. Compensation may be provided by the courier according to their terms. However you may not receive the full amount.

For faulty items, contact us immediately — we’ll replace or refund without hassle. Please capture photographic evidence as this can help us identified if this was damaged in transit.
